TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 working days unless stated otherwise in the product description. The cut-off time is 11am, this means, for example, if you approved your artwork before 11am on a Monday you will receive your banner stand on Tuesday.

The Printing turnaround time starts when your order is paid for and confirmed artwork is received before 11am for our 24 hours turnaround. All orders confirmed and paid for after 11am will be processed the next working day.

Please note the sated turnaround time is not always guaranteed, it can vary depending on quantities, order specifications, machine requirements, delivery companies, and any other circumstances, which may be beyond our control. We will always do our best to ensure your print gets to you in the quickest time possible.

DELIVERY

UK mainland

Delivery on all online orders over £75 (ex VAT) is FREE to UK mainland destinations. A standard order to UK mainland will be charged delivery at a minimum of £3.99 excluding VAT.

Outside UK mainland

We can also deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands & Northern Island, but this service will incur additional surcharges for carriage costs. Please contact us by phone or online for delivery costs before you order (we are unable to accept online orders outside mainland UK)

Overseas

We offer international tracked delivery service to the countries outside of UK, 3-5 working days. We charge £15 (per package) standard rate for countries:
