How do I register / create an account?
To create an account, click Sign-In on the top menu button, fill in the details below and then click 'Create Account'.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click Sign In, and then click 'I don’t remember my password'. Enter your email into the field and click 'Reset Password'. We will then send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions.
How do I update my shipping and billing addresses?
Please contact us via email/telephone immediately to update your shipping or billing address.
What is the difference between a Guest and Full Account?
Paying via the Guest Account means you can checkout faster, without having to fill in all of your details. With a Guest account, you will not have all of the features listed below.
You do not stock the product I need; can you still help?
We have too many products to show them all (we're renowned for sourcing new and unique display products), so if you can't find it on our website we can probably still get it. Call us on 0121 293 6737 for help on specific requirements.
How much is delivery?
Delivery on all online orders over £75 (ex VAT) is FREE to UK mainland destinations. A standard order to UK mainland will be charged delivery at a minimum of £3.99 excluding VAT. How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. However, the majority of products are either made or assembled to your specification, and may be dependent on receipt of 'print ready' artwork. We will therefore contact you to agree an acceptable delivery schedule. For more detailed information on delivery timescales, please visit our product information page.

What credit/debit cards are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Switch/Maestro. All transactions are completed securely via SagePay.
Can we be invoiced rather than pay by credit/debit card via the website?
Yes, if you would prefer to be sent a proforma invoice, this is not a problem. Please call 0121 293 6737 to arrange for payment to be sent by bank transfer prior to dispatch.
You can also make payment via bank transfer for products not available to purchase via our website.
Do you offer discount on multiple quantities of the same product?

Does price include VAT?
No, all products are shown exclusive of VAT
What happens if I need to return an item?

How do I upload my artwork?
After completing shopping cart, click “Check Out” at the bottom of the page, you will be then required to upload your artworks before carrying on to the next step.
What file formats do you accept "print ready" artwork?
The file types we accept are: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PDF with minimum 150dpi resolution. Please make sure all the layers are flattened and fonts are outlined. If you are not sure how to convert your artwork to required file types or the quality of your artwork, please contact us via email/call 0121 293 6737 for advise.
Will I see preview of my artwork?
We will contact you immediately if there is any problem with your artwork. Otherwise your artwork will be sent to print directly, you will then receive artwork preview via email for your reference.
Can you design my artwork for me?
